Celtic Leisure  (CL) was the first Industrial and Provident Society (IPS) established in Wales to manage leisure facilities.

Launched in April 2003, CL operates six leisure centres including four swimming pools on behalf of Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (NPTCBC), trading on a non profit distributing basis.

NPTCBC’s  decision to outsource the operational management of the Gwyn Hall to CL brings a new cultural focus to the leisure trust and a welcome and exciting addition to the CL Portfolio.

The NPTCBC/CL partnership is committed to

“the delivery of exceptional, theatrical, cinematic and participatory experiences”.
